The Booking Process
From the moment you submit an inquiry to the moment I deliver your breathtaking images, I’ve got you taken care of!
Step 1: Inquiry
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to capture a specific milestone in your family’s life, or maybe you want to celebrate your birthday with personalized portraits. Whatever it is, the photographer you choose to capture it matters.
You reach out to me here on my contact form to tell me a little about yourself, the package you’re interested in and your dreams for your session!
I’ll respond to your inquiry with details regarding my availability and answers to any of your questions.
Step 2: Consultation
I’m so excited to get to know you! I like to have an initial phone call conversation to make sure we’re a good fit for each other in terms of style and vision, so we can create the most beautiful images possible. I also want you to feel confident that I’m a good fit for you. When we’re both comfortable, the images are MAGIC.
Step 3: Decision Time
After our consultation, you may need some time to think over which package you’d like, or you may be ready to reach out to me the day after and tell me you’re ready to book! Either way, let me know what you decide.
Step 4: Proposal & Deposit
Okay, we’re doing this! I’ll send you a proposal next, which will include the package option, the date and time, a contract and an invoice for a 25% non-refundable deposit.
If it all looks good to you, you’ll then sign the contract and pay the invoice electronically via debit card, credit card or carrier pigeon. Signing this proposal and paying the invoice officially books me and holds your date!
Step 5: The Wait…
In the days or months between making your deposit and having your photo session, we’ll exchange a few messages to check in and plan all the details. I’m here to answer any questions you have along the way.
Step 6: Our Session!
*Happy dance!* It’s finally here! We both show up to your session with our game faces on and have a blast. We’ll create incredible photos that you will LOVE!
Step 7: Deliver the Images
In the two weeks following your session, I’ll meticulously edit and perfect your photos by hand, one by one. When they’re ready, I’ll send them to you via email on a personalized, shareable, beautiful online gallery with print-ordering capabilities.
You can “heart” your favorite images, download them, order prints or share the entire gallery with anyone and everyone you know. Then, you all can relive the best day of your lives forever. Enjoy!
